WatchI met Connor Garvey at the Planet Bluegrass Song School last year. At one of the late night song circles, he played an Anaïs Mitchell cover (I believe it was Old-Fashioned Hat). It took me a few minutes to catch on because it sounded rather different coming from a guy, but when I said, “Hey, that’s Anaïs Mitchell!”, he told me about Storyhill Fest Midwest where she was playing...

(I started writing this in December but between getting sick, having lots of family and friend gatherings, trying to catch up to a ton of things, having to cover for an out-of-the-country co-worker (which meant Saturday AND Sunday brunches) and fighting off the winter blues, I’m just getting back to it now. oops…)
